Graminno Delivery by Bicycle
Being environmentally conscious runs through everything we do. Products made by villagers are delivered by volunteers of Graminno on bicycle
We bring the furniture from the village to Mumbai by using a conventional vehicle (Jeep), for the distance is just over 200km. However, for local delivery, we prefer to use bicycles.
A ride on a weekend morning with the trolley carrying the chair is comfortable and rejuvinating! Especially if one gets to ride via beautiful spots like Powai Lake!
We prefer to do deliveries on weekends so as to avoid riding in traffic. One misses these simple pleasures when whizzing past in a motorized vehicle. But a bicycle gives you the perfect balance between speed and attention.
The Eastern Express Highway is a great place to ride, thanks to the mangroves that line the highway and the feeder roads alongside that have less traffic.
Delivered successfully! No pleasure like seeing a happy customer enjoy a product that is made in a remote village by talented artists who otherwise have no recognition!
